24/7 Red Box Express Workflow
Everything you need to know about dropping off and retrieving your dry cleaning in 60 seconds.
1. Drop-Off Sequence
Anytime 24/7Touch Screen: Select "Drop Off" on the Red Box terminal screen.
Enter Mobile #: Key in your registered phone number & total garment count.
Bag & Chute: Place items in the plastic bag provided at the station, attach the printed slip, and drop down the chute.
Next-Day Cleaning: Items are processed at our Strathfield South plant. You will receive an SMS notification when ready!
2. Pick-Up Sequence
Pay at CollectionReceive SMS Notification: Step up to the terminal once you receive your ready alert text.
Enter Login & PIN: Select "Pick Up", enter your mobile number + PIN (last 4 digits of your phone number).
Stripe Terminal Payment: If unpaid, tap your credit card or Apple Pay on the terminal screen.
Conveyor Release: The internal conveyor delivers your hanging garments and the sliding door unlocks automatically!
Important Kiosk Operating Policies & Turnaround Schedule
Express Verification Protocol: To prevent malicious damage and protect customer garments inside our automated lockers, all new kiosk profiles undergo a 24-business-hour verification check prior to activation.
Processing Schedule: Standard dry cleaning dropped off at the kiosk is processed in 2 business days (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays). Specialty items (doonas, leather, formal gowns) take 1–2 weeks.
